- You can exchange goods within 02 days (customers buy at the store) and 04 days (customers buy online) from the date of purchase on the invoice.
- Exchanges must be intact, not used, dirty, or not washed/bleached, with an attached price tag, and not cut or torn.
- When exchanging goods, you bring/enclose the invoice and warranty card when purchasing the product.
- Purchased products can only be exchanged once with existing products at the store.
- If the purchased product costs more than the exchanged product, Jamlos will not issue a refund. Conversely, you need to compensate for the difference if the exchanged product has a higher price.
- Exchanges are not applicable for promotional/discounted products.
- There is no return policy for any Jamlos product.
