Founder Jo Lam

Jo Lam was born in Saigon and has travelled to many places.

80% of her ideas and designs happened during her travel time.

She graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Professional Communication. 

She has 3 years of experience in the wedding & event industry, 5 years of experience in communication projects, and 9 years (to 2023) experience in her entrepreneurial journey. 

She loves experiencing varied cultures by working with different national partners and clients and learning by doing to become a better and better version of herself by working in different areas and industries.

She also works as a guest speaker and mentors about Business, Marketing, and Visual at RMIT University, and other schools and organizations.

She has been running the business in the fashion & consumer goods industry with 2 brands (Jamlos & Rustea) in the role of Creative Director & CEO since 2014. 

The company provides eco-friendly and sustainable products and services of R&D solutions for canvas merchandise including creative consultants which are the bridge to connect and support other industries with a blue ocean strategy.
